Stations open at 5:00 AM Monday to Saturday and 8:00 AM on Sunday, with last trains close to midnight (1:00 AM on Friday). The timings page shows a live status panel and the first and last train at every terminus.

Yes. Friday runs the longest hours of the week, with last trains around 1:00 AM the next morning. Saturday matches the weekday timetable. Sunday opens later at 8:00 AM, with last trains close to midnight.
Take the Red Line south from Airport Terminal 3 (R13) or Airport Terminal 1 (R14) to Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall (R25). The fare on a Silver Nol card is AED 5, around half an hour with no change of train. Full airport guide.

Yes. The same Nol card works on the Dubai Metro, the Dubai Tram, RTA city buses, water transport and paid public parking. A combined Metro and Tram trip is charged once by total zones crossed, not as two separate fares.
